Price Beat Guarantee
Our Price Beat Guarantee (PBG) means that if you find a lower priced identical stocked item that’s in stock with a competitor (even if it’s on sale), we will not only match it, we’ll beat it by 5%.
Don’t forget our price guarantee excludes the items listed below under the heading “What items are excluded from the PBG?”.
How do I obtain the 5% reduction?
It’s as easy as 1,2,3. You can obtain the PBG in-store ONLY by visiting Auto One Browns Plains or by calling our store at (07) 3802 8911.

2. LET US KNOW
Give us a call or drop in to
Auto One Browns Plains with
your record of the cheaper price.
3. MATCH & SAVE
Once approved, we’ll give you 5% off the matched price and you’ll head home happy.
What items does the 5% reduction apply to?
Our guarantee applies to all identical products^ that are:
- Stocked at Auto One Browns Plains
- In stock at our competitor; and
- Not excluded from the PBG (see below)
- and must not be refurbished or second hand.
^Identical products includes that they must have the same conditions of purchase, including manufacturer’s warranty and accessories, and must not be refurbished or second hand.
What is excluded from the Price Beat Guarantee?
- Gift cards
- Cashback and coupon offers (i.e. supplier cashback or reduced price available via paper coupon or electronic codeword)
- Commercial quantities and pricing (i.e. a reduced price not available to the public)
- Stock liquidations (i.e. competitor clearance products or goods sold by a business placed into receivership)
- We reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable retail quantities
- Paid membership-based pricing
- Purchases made using payment plans (including Buy Now Pay Later services such as Zip and Afterpay)
- Third-party marketplace purchases
- Gray market stock (Gray imports)
- Labour (fitment services)
